Wake up

Are you living or just existing?

You are living in a trance.

Your rare blips of consciousness fade away as fast as they came being overshadowed by soothing distractions.

Your critical thinking was destroyed while your ability to conform is on steroids.

The system was designed to keep you comfortable, compliant, and dependent...

... and you are doing exactly what they want you to. Wake up.

INSIGHT

I was the sleepwalker at some point.

I was just going with the flow, doing what I was supposed to do.

Keeping up with trends, saying the right things, thinking the right thoughts — never questioning why.

It all felt normal. Everyone else was doing it. But somewhere along the way, I lost myself.

I started molding my personality to fit in, laughing at jokes I didn’t find funny, forcing myself into conversations I didn’t care about.

And for a while, it worked. I fit in. I was one of them. But deep down, something felt off.

Until one day, I couldn’t ignore it anymore.

I woke up and realized I had become a stranger to myself. Everything about me was curated, adjusted, and shaped to fit an image that wasn’t even mine.

I was living a life that wasn’t my own — and it was time to wake up.

If you are not actively curating your life, the system will curate it for you.

Corporations, governments, media, social groups — you name it.

The system doesn’t need chains. It doesn’t need force.

It just needs you to stop thinking for yourself. They will assign you a role.

You'll think you’re making your own choices, but their strings — which you can’t see — will pull you in every direction.

You will be walking through life in a dream, going through the motions but never truly awake.

Occasionally, something will shake you — a thought, a realization, a moment of clarity — but just as quickly, you are lulled back to sleep by entertainment, routine, and responsibilities that keep you too busy to question anything.

Living without questioning the rules imposed on you is the easiest way to waste your life.

  • If you never pause to ask, "Do I actually want this?" — you may spend decades chasing things that were never meant for you.

  • If you never reflect on the rules imposed on you, you are at the mercy of those who set them.

The solution? A constant search for awareness and ownership.

Life is not meant to be lived in autopilot.

You shouldn't be running away from your consciousness, but developing it and using it to benefit you instead — to build a life that suits you.

Define your own standards and curate the fabrics of your reality.

ACTION

Audit your life.

Question all your habits and beliefs.

Start establishing your priorities and habits to your standards.

You must understand that the way society is set up is not necessarily in your best interest.

As I said, the system is designed to keep you comfortable, compliant, and dependent.

Here’s three key steps to breaking free and curating your own life:

1. Develop Radical Self-Awareness

You can’t escape a prison you don’t realize you’re in. Start questioning everything.

  • Why do you believe what you believe?

  • Are your goals truly yours, or were they fed to you?

  • What habits and routines are keeping you numb?

Self-awareness is about pulling back the curtain and seeing who you actually are underneath all the conditioning. Meditation, journaling, and disconnecting from constant noise (social media, news, endless entertainment) will help you hear your own thoughts again.

2. Destroy & Rebuild Your Identity

Most of who you think you are was given to you, not chosen.

  • Society trained you to be agreeable.

  • Your environment shaped your personality.

  • Your past experiences programmed your fears and limits.

To break free, consciously destroy the false parts of yourself. Stop identifying with labels and start choosing your values, beliefs, and identity with intention. Decide what kind of person you want to be and reinforce it daily with action.

3. Take Ownership & Build With Intention

Build a life on your own terms. Once you reclaim your mind, you have to actively shape your reality by:

  • Setting your own standards (not society’s)

  • Curating your environment (cutting out distractions, toxic influences, empty habits)

  • Creating habits, work, and relationships that actually serve your vision

No more autopilot. No more default mode. Every decision you make should align with the life you want to live.
