You are wasting your life
It's time to change

Stop making empty moves.
Every move you make must be intentional from now on.
If it doesn’t get you closer to your goals or make you better, discard it like trash.
You’ve gone too long tolerating mediocrity in your life.
It’s time to rewire your brain, raise your standards, and stand by them.
You’re either building your future or tearing it down - there is no in-between.
Insight
From Monday to Friday I wake up at 4:30 AM to exercise.
Once I wake up, the first thing I do is to pray and practice a gratitude ritual.
I make the effort to recognize all the things I am grateful for.
Why? It perfectly aligns with the state I want to tune in.
I begin to see challenges as lessons, obstacles as opportunities, and blessings as proof that I am supported by a higher power.
I read Psalm 91. I am not necessarily religious or even christian. I have my own peculiar spirituality, but I resonate a lot with this particular text from the Bible.
Instead of waking up and mindlessly checking my phone, scrolling or anxiously checking my messages - which I used to do in the past - I make a mindful decision to craft my morning routine to put me in a state that will highly benefit me and my goals.
This is living in alignment.
I am not saying you must wake up as early as I do or do the same morning routine. But carefully curate your habits and environment to contribute to your vision.
Let’s imagine a scenario.
You are now living in alignment.
Every dollar you earn has a mission. Every decision you make moves you forward. Your time is spent with purpose — whether working, learning, or resting, it all contributes to the life you’re building.
Your work fuels your vision, giving you the resources to expand. Your downtime isn’t wasted; it’s a strategic recharge, sharpening your focus and resilience. The people around you challenge and support you, pushing you to grow rather than pulling you into distractions.
You no longer drift aimlessly. Every action is an investment in your future. You’re not just surviving — you’re building something greater.
There’s a quote that says ”Don’t spend. Invest.” What does that mean?
Spending is wasting your potential, drifting mindlessly in the opposite direction of your goals.
Investing is intentionally directing your efforts to empower your purpose —bringing your vision to life.
Beware of little expenses; a small leak will sink a great ship.
Most people move with no strategy. They react. They drift. They let distractions consume them. That’s why they stay stuck. When you don’t value your time, energy, and resources, you foolishly waste your potential on endeavors that bring zero returns.
When you start treating your life like an investment portfolio, everything changes.
You no longer act just for the sake of acting. Every move has a purpose. Every action takes you somewhere. Every decision brings you closer to a desired outcome. You don’t spend, you invest. You build. You accumulate. You multiply.
Don’t allow anything or anybody to detour you from where you want to go. Make sure that each thing in your life is carefully crafted to empower your vision. When you start thinking like this, your whole life changes.
Remove the weight that holds you back and start to move with precision and purpose. Become the ultimate designer and architect of your reality.
Actionable Step
Take a few quiet minutes to picture yourself living in complete alignment. Now, return to the present moment and take inventory of your life. Write down where your time, money, and energy are going.
For each thing, ask yourself:
Is this an investment or an expense?
If it’s not growing you, cut it.
If it’s not taking you closer to your goal, drop it.
If it’s not multiplying your future, stop feeding it.
You must make this a regular habit. What once served you may no longer serve you now. Self-mastery requires constant self-actualization. It’s a process.
The more self-actualization you do, the more aligned you become. The goal is ultimate freedom - a life where nothing holds you back. Become free from seeking freedom by building a life that never cages you or become a wall to your goals.

Connor Neil argues that intelligent people will always be behind those who take action. Your smart mind probably will make you overthink everything and keep you paralyzed. Having the discernment to act even without complete certainty is where lies true wisdom. | I love the concept of anti-vision discussed by Dan Koe on this video. By understanding your anti-vision (where you DON’T want to be in life), it becomes easier to align yourself with the things that you truly want. Check it out, definetely worth it. |

He emphasizes the power of tiny improvements over time, showing how they compound to produce significant results. You are greater than you can imagine. |
